Data Collection

XLikes does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens entirely inside your browser.

• Your X.com session (logged-in cookies) is never accessed or transmitted.
• Liked tweets are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB.
• No analytics, trackers, or third-party scripts are included.

Data Storage

All archived tweet data resides exclusively in your browser's local storage. The extension reads liked tweets from your X.com timeline page and saves them to IndexedDB on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.

Exports

If you choose to export your data (SQLite, CSV, or JSON), the export is generated locally and saved via your browser's download mechanism. No copy is retained or transmitted by the extension.

Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Host permission for x.com — to access liked tweets you're already logged into.
• Storage — to save archive data in your browser.
• Alarms — to run daily background sync if enabled.

No network access is performed beyond reading your X.com likes page. No data leaves your browser.

Third-Party Services

This extension uses no third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. The paid Pro version is sold through Gumroad, which handles payment processing — no payment information is collected or transmitted by the extension itself.
