Is this a substitute for a real perc test?

No. A real perc test is required for permits. PrePerc is a pre-filter — it tells you whether a parcel is worth the time and money to get a real test.

Which counties do you cover?

Starting with TN and NC (your target markets from Landgrid). More counties as we scale.

How accurate is the score?

The model is built on SSURGO data at 1:12,000 to 1:24,000 scale — appropriate for pre-purchase filtering but not for engineering. We validate against known perc test results as we get them.

Can agents embed this on their listings?

Yes. Agent tier includes an embeddable widget and API access. A "PrePerc Verified" badge on your listings means one less question for buyers.

Do you need access to the property?

No. Everything comes from public remote sensing and soil survey data. No field visit required.
